Residential Hands-on Cooking
Courses start on Sundays and Thursdays
Each cooking session will last 2 to 3 hours and 6 to 8 recipes and al hands on
Day one
- Check-in followed by light lunch
- Introduction to the history of Kerala cuisine and a look at the utensils, ingredients and techniques we will be using
- Presentation on spices; the how and the why of cooking and Introductry Cooking session

- Tour of the local markets and significant places of worship
- Boat trip along the Moovattupuzha River

- Further exploration of local food industry
- Visit lorry-decorating workshop

- Visit to tea plantation and tour of local spices
