When you send a booking or volunteer enquiry, we collect the contact, travel, dietary and message details you choose to provide. The guestbook collects the name, stay date and comment you submit.

We use enquiry details to respond, check availability, prepare a suitable stay or programme and keep the records needed to manage a booking. We do not sell personal information.
Guestbook publication
Guestbook notes are intended for public display. Please do not submit private contact, health or travel details in a guestbook comment. A submission may be reviewed or removed before or after publication.
Storage and sharing
Information is available only to the host and service providers needed to operate the website and respond to enquiries. We retain it only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, record-keeping and applicable obligations.
Your choices
